Description

We're supporting a leading organisation in the search for a Business Change Manager who thrives in complex operational environments. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major technology-led transformation programme, shaping and embedding the change approach from the ground up. You'll establish the frameworks, governance and adoption strategies required to drive sustainable change and ensure long-term success across the organisation.

Working within a highly visible transformation function, you will partner with senior leaders across operations, technology and commercial teams to ensure change is effectively adopted across a large frontline workforce.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional change role focused solely on communications and engagement. You'll be responsible for end-to-end change delivery across a complex transformation programme, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption across operational teams.

As the first dedicated Business Change Manager within the organisation, you'll have the opportunity to define standards, influence decision-making at executive level and leave a lasting legacy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the business change strategy across a large transformation portfolioCreate and embed a consistent business readiness and adoption frameworkLead organisational change impact assessments and readiness activitiesPartner with senior stakeholders across operations, technology and commercial functionsManage change dependencies across multiple programmes and projectsSupport and coach sponsors and leaders to drive effective change leadershipDevelop compelling change narratives that translate strategy into operational impactMonitor adoption, engagement and benefits realisation to ensure change is embedded successfullyProvide governance, challenge and assurance across transformation initiatives

About You

We're particularly interested in candidates who have successfully delivered technology-enabled change into operational or frontline environments.

You'll likely bring:
