Salary: 26,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE 35K - 40K Year 1) Industry-Leading Training Clear Pathway to Director

Location: Exeter (EX1 1TS)

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Early finish Fridays)

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market, speaking with clients and candidates daily. It's a phone-led, target-driven role where you'll learn to win business, run recruitment processes end-to-end, and negotiate deals, earning uncapped commission as you progress.

What you'll do:

Source, screen and interview candidatesBuild client relationships and win new businessManage processes from briefing through to offerNegotiate offers and close placementsDevelop into a specialist within your market
