GBP27,000 per annum starting salary + uncapped commission

Must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Are you an experienced recruiter or account manager who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We re looking for a confident and driven Account Manager to join our growing Industrial Recruitment team.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you ll take ownership of several locations, ensuring an exceptional service for both clients and candidates. You ll be the key link between our customers and workforce, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Managing and developing relationships with key stakeholders across major national accountsWorkforce planning for busy peaks and seasonal demandsHandling rotas, timesheets, and payroll information accurately and on timeRecruiting and onboarding candidates for roles such as: Warehouse OperativesVan DriversFLT DriversOffice Support Staff Conducting site visits and check-ins to ensure client satisfactionWorking closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless recruitment service About You:

We re looking for someone who is:
