Description

This is a really sad sale as they were a birthday gift for my 4 year old daughter, but we need to rehome our rabbits as they have begun their first shed and it turns out we are allergic! :(

I've been reluctant to put them outside during winter of course but also because I wanted to have them both neutered so they could share an outdoor hutch. Double hutch can be included in sale if required but it may need collecting as it is currently in storage.
There are some hides and other bits also included. (See pics)

They are half brother and sister - male is mostly white, neutered and single mane. Female is not neutered and is a double mane.
They were from a reputable breeder and born on a farm but have been indoor rabbits since we owned them, so they have not been vaccinated.
They haven't been living together completely so are not fully bonded. Therefore I would consider rehoming them separately. Their current enclosure is made of c&c grids so they have been able to lay next to one another and see each other through the grids, but they have not been allowed much time completely together to bond.
They have had some supervised free roam together as the male was neutered at Christmas but this was to begin to get them ready to be together. I didn't want to run the risk of babies with the female not being neutered yet.
The female has since had a phantom pregnancy (definitely no babies, I took her to the vet to make sure), I didn't want to add any further stress to the situation by continuing to introduce them.

They are almost a year old and are currently named Bluey (M) and Bun-Buns (F).
They are lovely rabbits and if I could keep them I would but I'm finding it difficult to give them the care they need now that I'm struggling so bad with their fur and dander.
I think it was always a problem and I put it down to other allergies and illness but symptoms have never been as bad as they are now that they are shedding.

Part of their enclosure can be included - the bottom is correx so would need replacing but most of it will need to be taken down. There are other grids which we've used in the garden in fairer weather, but are in great condition and some new in a box. I also have a single carrier available.

Bun-buns likes to have a hide - she currently has a soft cat house which she likes to spend time in, but that would need that replacing, where as Bluey likes to be able to see everything and wasn't a fan of a house.

They are both litter trained, they have a litter box each and I use pizza oven wood pellets - there could be some of these available to take away as I've got a new 15kg bag coming tomorrow.

Collection is from Kiveton Park, Sheffield, we could deliver depending on distance and fuel cost.

I am looking at £200 for both with everything included but am open to sensible offers.
Serious interest only please, these bunnies are special and this is a very reluctant sale. I'm not in it for the money because I've spent over a grand on them. You would definitely be getting your moneys worth.

Thanks for looking and reading :)
