Description
Experienced Person Centred Counsellor with health and social care background who can also provide CBT/NLP/DBT/SFT techniques during therapy. AnxietyUK approved therapist & own private practice.
Provide face to face service for local clients (Guildford & Surrey) and experienced in giving Zoom/Online service for remote UK and overseas clients. Phone counselling also available if preferred.
£35 per session
£20-£25 per session for concessions
Cover anxiety, depression, bereavement, health anxiety, work/study, relationship/family, self-esteem issues and look to help turn around negative thought processes.

NCFE Certificates 1,2 and 3 in Counselling Skills (2010)
