I am a trained therapist and currently registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (B.A.C.P.) and has over 17years experience in the NHS. I hold a Graduate Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling (level 6/ Degree Level), Diploma in Mental Health Studies, Diploma in Health and Social care, Level 4 in Social Work, City and Guilds in Mental Health Level 3 and a number of other certificates in C.B.T, E.F.T, Smoking, Addiction, Weight, Mindfulness and General Wellness etc.

I have over 20 years experience within the NHS, where I have carried out a number of psychological assessments, Couple therapy and Group therapy. I am a compassionate and use aa person centre approach when working with you, always putting the client and the therapeutic relationship first.
