Sage is the best therapist I’ve ever used. My whole company has used Sage and we think he’s great. Wise therapy, with vast experience and in my opinion the best method.

I worked with Sage for over a year after deciding to speak to someone about my health anxiety. I can’t recommended him enough. Sage helped me identify causes from my past and importantly triggers in current daily life which were exacerbating my anxiety. He provided me with resources, practical tools and techniques, which I continue to use, which have allowed me to combat the majority of my anxiety symptoms and negative thoughts. My daily life has been completely transformed for the better!
