I have been having EFT therapy for some time now to help manage my anxiety and stress. Sophie is brilliant at what she does and always makes me feel very at ease. Since having EFT I have noticed a massive change in my anxiety and stress levels which I never thought would happen as my anxiety and stress is mostly at an all time high. She explains everything in depth and really goes above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable. Thank you for helping me with these issues, it is really appreciated

Sophie asked me if there were any sounds I liked/disliked and found triggering ahead of my sound therapy session. I particularly love the sound of the sea which Sophie included. The session was so relaxing I fell asleep! I felt refreshed as well as rested afterwards. Highly recommended.

I have been receiving weekly distance reiki healing sessions with Sophie for the past two years to help me manage my ME. I find each session extremely beneficial in terms of improved energy levels as well as being a very relaxing experience. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Sophie for EFT Therapy for a couple of years now. I have found it to be amazingly beneficial for helping with my anxiety. Sophie is an incredible practitioner who truly cares about her clients and helping them through the EFT techniques she teaches in sessions. She also offers other therapies and incorporates different techniques to offer a unique tailored treatment including using tuning fork therapy alongside the EFT. I have also had sessions of Reiki and tuning fork therapy with Sophie as well and have found these to have huge wellbeing benefits.
