Description
I believe in a flexible and intuitive approach that draws on various therapeutic frameworks which previous clients have reported finding helpful. These include compassion and solution-based therapies, schema and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) -informed approaches, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural therapy), and more recently, polyvagal and Internal Family Systems-informed (parts work).
I have worked with both adults and children, although most of my work is involved with working age adults. My experience has been developed from working with individuals in the community, in patient psychiatric hospitals and forensic establishments (medium secure hospital and prisons).
