I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist offering online sessions via Zoom or phone. I also offer ‘walk and talk’ sessions in the park when the weather allows.

My aim is to provide a warm, confidential, and supportive space where you will be deeply listened to and supported in making sense of your experiences and feelings.

Together, we can work on improving your confidence and learning simple, practical tools to help you manage life’s challenges more positively. My approach is integrative and holistic, combining Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy to meet your unique needs.
