Seeked Justines help after I was struggling with anxiety and it was effecting my day to day life, was sceptical in my mind of its effect how ever two days after my session I feel much more in control of my life, still early days and using the audio she sent me after our session and i enjoy how much it helps me unwind and relax, looking forward to having another session to reduce any left over anxiety.
