I’m actively seeking a commercial yard or open storage site to lease or purchase.

A reward of up to £3,000 is available if your introduction leads to a completed deal.

Key Requirements

Size: 8,000–12,000 sq ft
Lease Term: Minimum 15 years (plus 10-year renewal option)
Rental Budget: £3–£5 per sq ft per annum (Dependent on area/location/specification)
Location: Within approximately 60 minutes’ drive of Wimbledon (SW19), focusing on South West London, Surrey, and Sussex

Site Preferences

Surfaced with tarmac, gravel, hardcore, or concrete
Suitable for open storage or light commercial use
Road frontage is ideal

Finder’s Fee / Reward

I’m offering:
£3,000 for any off-market site (not publicly listed)
£2,000 for any on-market site (listed or represented by an agent)

To qualify for either reward:

The site must fall within the area highlighted in red on the attached map
The site must meet my Key Requirements (size, rent, and location as listed above)
I must not already be in contact with the landowner or the marketing agent
You must be the first person to provide: The site address, and the owner’s or agent’s contact details
A lease or purchase must be completed as a direct result of your introduction

Payment Terms

The reward is paid after the first month’s rent (for lease deals) or on completion (for purchases)
No payment is due for general tip-offs, duplicates, or sites already known to me
If it comes to it, I’m happy to share proof of prior communication (via screenshots or emails) to confirm whether I have already been in contact with a particular agent or in relation to a specific piece of land

Funding is in place, and I can move quickly.
