WANTED – Small Rural Plot / Field Corner to Rent – Thurrock / Purfleet

Description

I’m looking to rent a small piece of private rural land, unused field corner, paddock or grassland around Purfleet, Aveley, South Ockendon, Orsett or nearby Thurrock/Essex.
I don't need a large area – even a small unused corner could be ideal.
The land would be used occasionally by myself for hobby/recreational drone flying and photography. I'm a mature, responsible local professional using a small camera drone, and would always use the land respectfully and responsibly.
There would be no buildings, storage, animals, events, commercial traffic or alterations to the land. I don't need electricity, water or any other facilities.
Ideally I'm looking for somewhere with reasonable road access and somewhere to park a car nearby. An unused corner of a field, paddock, rough grassland or similar would be perfect.
I'm happy to pay a reasonable monthly or annual rent/licence fee for the right spot.
If you own some land that might be suitable – even if you've never considered renting a small part of it before – please drop me a message. Happy to have a chat and explain exactly what I'm looking for.
Areas considered: Purfleet-on-Thames, Aveley, South Ockendon, Orsett and surrounding Thurrock/Essex areas.
