Description
Me and my partner are looking for a 2 or 3 property we have 2 girls 7 and 9 very well behaved.
We are happy to send video or a live chat or visit every few months to show we are looking after property.
We will need to do a live viewing on property first before we travel as we are looking in a big area.
Happy to pay landlords insurance for the year.
I am a plumber, electrican handyman by trade and have done loads and spent money on the houses we have lived can also show pictures to prove this in a folder and also we have 3 great refrences.
We have one small well behaved animal happy to pay pet insurance upfront.
We have a well paid working guarantor and also be able to pay a 6 month contract upfront if needed.
My partner is a carer and has qualifications as a environmental scientist and want to move back to family roots.
We have spent a lot of time and effort on the property we live in now, so we are not worried of hard work on a place that needs a tidy up.
Our landlord at this time can be contacted and will give a great reference.
We are the tenants landlords look for.
