I am in need of privately renting a one to two bedroom property, initially with the help of housing benefit as I am in between jobs, this will revert to being funded by myself eventually.
I am a woman who co parents with her child so would have them there with me 50% of the time.
I have a good credit rating and a positive history of having a mortgage for many years and privately renting.
