We had a planned move to a property where landlord withdrew at short notice due to bereavement. We have already been tenancy referenced checked by letting agent and can provide info. We also have a guarantor. You may use the services of the agent if preferred, or let to us direct.
One of us is working full time, the other claiming UC PIP due to health problem. Good credit scores.
