We are a responsible, tidy family of three (two adults and one daughter) seeking a long-term rental property in the Staffordshire area. We are looking for a 2 or 3-bedroom house that we can call home.
Our Requirements:
• Location: Staffordshire (open to various areas).
• Bedrooms: 2–3 bedrooms.
• Outdoor Space: A garden is essential.
• Pets: Must allow one well-behaved dog and one cat (both calm and house-trained).
• Budget: Maximum £800 per month.
• Deposit: Preferably no deposit, but we are willing to pay up to £800 for the right property.
• Guarantor: Please note we are unable to provide a guarantor, but we can provide strong references to confirm our reliability.
