Our company lease properties throughout the South Coast that we use to house corporate clients working away from home. We urgently need new properties within a 10 mile radius of Taunton. Criteria sought: 4 beds minimum, 2 bathrooms minimum, parking and any condition. We can move as fast or as slow as needed. Advanced rent can be paid if necessary. Ideally looking tp let properties long term. Happy to redecorate if necessary and we maintain the houses to a good standard (including regular cleaning and gardening) and provide comprehensive insurance cover for peace of mind. Can provide client testimonials from landlords we already work with. Professional company with a full team of support staff.
