We are seeking to lease / Rent a suitable home in the Downpatrick surrounding area + 10 miles radius approx. For a long term lease/ rental. Father and son hoping to find a quiet location with a bungalow or similar type, listed are our wish list but please note that these suggestion’s are not necessities :
Large property, 3 + good sized bedrooms , en suite with 1 , 1/2 + reception rooms, larger - well fitted modern kitchen/ dining , private parking, garages or sheds ( for storage purposes of lawnmowers , garden equipment etc. and other items. Private lane, good proportioned gardens.
We are from Ballynahinch/ Lisburn area, references are available and character references also. We are extremely respectful and genuine, myself I have OCD which I am constantly cleaning, repairing etc. we have our own furniture and most appliances.
We are prepared to take care of the property for general maintenance, cut trees, lawns , shrubs , gutters cleaning etc. etc.

Furnished or unfurnished, price wise for the right property £1250 pcm , rates etc could be discussed in person?. Preferably a long term lease agreement if possible? .
