Professional male seeks a room to occupy for about 12 months, with a rent of about £400,00
or a 2+ bedroom house/flat, rental £1000,00 max excluding bills.
I will need this for the week of the 9th February.
I am prepared to do a certain amount of work on the property, if needed.
Also any fixtures and finishes, or any paintwork that is required.
The property may be in or by a village or further in the country, ideally between Alness and Inverness, but anything will be considered.
