Three mature adults aged 61/64 married couple along with 47yr old daughter, one small hypoallergenic therapy dog.
Claiming benefits, looking to relocate back to mansfield woodhouse or surrounding areas. Ie Shirebrook,worksop,Bolsover,warsop,church warsop.
Good tenants,clean,reliable,very houseproud looking for a private landlord whom will allow rental without all the hassle of a agent.
Happy to provide proof of benefits and make payment of deposit if held in a secure goverment protected account. Looking to move as soon as possible.
So please if you have a suitable property but dont want the hassles of bad tenants or agents that litrally get paid for nothing then please take a moment to consider us. Happy to liase but not willing to hand over any cash without a tenancy agreement.
