Description
My partner and I recently purchased a flat in the area, and we are looking for a one-bedroom property to rent for my mother-in-law, for whom we will act as guarantors. We can provide our and hers full financial details and references.
She is on a state pension and disability benefits and has rented reliably for the past five years with her current landlord. Ideally, we would like her to move in before Christmas.
We are considering ground-floor flats or higher floors with lift access.
