Description
I'm looking to rent a property in or around the York area. The property must have parking and a garden. My circumstances are fairly unique as I currently own my own property in the lake district however due to a marital separation I am now urgently seeking a property to rent in or around York where I work. I'm a 48 yr old professional working for a global organisation based in London, however I found myself returning to York where due to circumstances I am now permanently residing.
I am happy to provide employment and banking references but I cannot provide rental references as I have owned my own home for over 20 years. I do not have a bottomless budget and I appreciate York is extremely high rental cost but I'm happy to consider anything reasonable. If you are selling your empty property maybe consider letting it out ?
Ideal moving date would be August / September.
