Description
Hi, married couple here in our late 30s searching for a home to rent in and around the Bangor area.
Ideal place would be unfurnished, min 2 bedrooms (enough space for WFH), private enclosed garden and space for parking. Nothing open plan though please!
We’ve been renting privately for 15 years and have excellent references available upon request, including employment references. We both have professional careers and work full time.
We are hoping to move in in mid to end of January with our deposit and rent ready to go. We are hoping for a long term rent and are open to more than a 12 month contract if possible.
We have no set budget, but we are seeking a fair and reasonable rent - absolute maximum of £1100 per month.
