Then you need a property guardian. Property guardians live in and maintain an accommodation that has been/ or will be left unoccupied for a significant period of time. The guardian maintains and safeguards the property on behalf of the owner in lieu of rent or subsidised rent.
I am a mature, responsible, middle-aged female professional available to serve as a property guardian in and around the London area. I am trustworthy, organised, non-smoking, tidy and reliable.
My role will be to ensure the property is well maintained, including regular cleaning, basic gardening and other housekeeping activities.
