Professional looking for room

Description

Hi, I am looking for a room to rent in the NE8 or nearby area. I’m about to start a new job with Gateshead NHS, and my role will also require me to work across Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Sunderland Royal Hospital, and South Tyneside Hospital.

Based on my research, Gateshead is the ideal central location for commuting to all three sites. My budget is up to £450 per month, ready to increase a bit if dishwasher is available.

A bit about me: I am a clean, quiet, and respectful individual. In my free time, I enjoy going for long walks, taking photos of cars, buildings and researching topics that spark my curiosity mostly Biochemistry.

I value a peaceful, well-maintained home where everyone respects each other’s space. I rarely order takeaway and usually cook my own meals. I always keep shared spaces, such as the kitchen, clean and follow a "clean as you go" approach. I can also provide a reference from a previous landlord, with whom I lived for 1.5 years & a clean DBS
*Non smoker and sober (But goes pub with friends 😅)
