Hi there I'm desperately looking for my mother in law. for a one bedroom flat in paignton. she lives in a bedsit that is so tiny she can't even have a cooker. she is a great tenant. she is with an estate agent. never late with rent. she is 65 very clean and tidy.. great a painting and decorating. no animals etc. she has a deposit in the deposit scheme. she can get references but not a guarantor. we're desperately looking for something asap. needs to have a separate bedroom. we're very worried for her as she has to climb on step ladders to reach things off the top of cupboards etc as the place is to tiny. it's not practical for for a lady of her age. if anyone knows of anything would really appreciate information. many thanks
