Description
Unfortunately I’ve been issued a section 21 notice as landlord can’t afford to do major repairs and is selling what has been my home for the last 11 years.
I’m an older boring male who has a range of health issues who doesn’t smoke or have pets.
I have excellent references, large deposits and will be able to pay any extra not covered by dss .
So any property must accept housing benefit.
Unfurnished with some outside space, 1 or 2 bed flat or house, Torquay or Paignton, any area considered.
Got a few months but can move at any time.
Low maintenance tenant looking for a quiet, dry, undamp property.
