Description
This is an ad for the people who like stories and believe in big crazy magic.
I never dreamed to buy I home. It was completely out of reach – and yet, in a matter of weeks, the universe has conspired to give me an opportunity.
But these stories always come with some obstacle to make it more interesting, don’t they?
In this tale, the help has an expiry date. The purchase needs to be settled by the 31st March – which means that I have to find a home in Perth and make an offer by the end of this week (28th February 2026).
My mortgage advisor says my chances are: ‘unlikely, but not impossible’. So I’m taking those odds (please and thank you), because I can’t resist play… And because I have nothing to lose anyway.
However, I know that some homes will never make it to the market (I know it because I have lived in one before). So if you know of any homes under £100,000, not listed on websites but ready to be bought by the end of the week – do let me know!
And if you are into this kind of crazy magic games, message me. I promise to tell you how this story ends :)
