My name is John, a Professional, full-time employed tenant looking for a large self-contained studio or 1-bedroom flat anywhere within London Zones 1–6.

Looking for:
• Large studio or 1-bedroom property
• Entire property — not a room in a shared house/flat
• Furnished or unfurnished
• One parking space required (medium car)
• Budget: £900–£1,250 per calendar month, bills included or extra is fine.
• Private landlord preferred

I am a reliable, quiet, clean and respectful professional tenant looking for a long-term home.

I have an excellent 18-month rental history with my current London landlord, who is happy to provide a glowing reference. I can also provide a reference from my previous landlord in Ottawa, Canada, where I rented for 3 years prior to moving back to the UK.
