Hiya. I'm looking for a 3 bedroom semi detached house in East Belfast. Long term rental.
I'm a professional female from Northern Ireland.
Respectful;, pay my rent on time and contribute to the upkeep of the house.
My reason for looking is because my current Landlord has passed away, so the house is being sold.
I've been living in the
property for 4.5 years.
Have rented my own house previously to tenants so understand the importance of finding a decent Tennant.
I can pay deposit and one month's rent in advance.
