I am looking for a 2-bedroom flat to rent in Halifax City Centre (HX1).
The flat should be in good condition, either partially furnished or unfurnished. I am willing to pay up to £700 per month (bills excluded).
Requirements:
2 bedrooms
Within HX1 postcode area
Good condition, well-maintained
Partially furnished or unfurnished
Preferably with good natural light and modern amenities
Ready to move in late March – early April 2026
I’m in full-time employment and am a serious tenant with 13 years of renting experience, always keeping my previous flats in immaculate condition. Previous landlord references are available. I would be looking to move in late March – early April 2026.
