We are two people – me and my 25-year-old son. We both work full-time.
We have lived in the same property for 15 years, always paid rent on time and looked after the home. Unfortunately, the property has been sold, so we are now looking for a new long-term home in Bognor Regis.
We are quiet, responsible and reliable tenants and can provide references if required.
We are looking to rent directly from a private landlord.
Budget: up to £1200 pcm
