Hi, I’m looking for a large unfurnished self contained studio/1bed, pref bills included only
In Sw5 ,W2,W11,W8,sw7. Or very nearby. I might also consider stops on the district line from Earls Court to Wimbledon,and West end. MUST allow benefits and a dog who’s no bigger than a spaniel. I don’t want to share kitchens or bathrooms at my age.
It. would be best for move in dates for me between the 26th of August, to the 15th of September maximum, but would be willing perhaps to move in before if necessary.Preferably a low amount upfront please, housing part of benefit will cover the rent, and myself if there’s a bit of a shortfall. Id like something long-term unless I have to give two months notice if I’m not happy for some reason.
I’m a single 58 year woman.
