Hi my wife and I are looking to rent a property in the chesterfield area we both work I am a driver for DHL in Dinnington an my wife is a full time private professional carer we have a dog and a cat so we obviously need a pet friendly environment we can afford around the £850/£875 a month. I would need to meet up with the landlord as I make no payment to solicitors and never see the property or my money again so if you plan to advise payment to solicitors I will block you immediately
