Grassroots theatre company seeks warehouse / studio space - peppercorn rent considered

Theatre 118 CIC is a Glasgow-based arts organisation supporting independent theatre-makers across the city.

We've produced 50+ public events, supported 400+ artists, and built an audience of 1,500+ since launching in 2025. We're looking for a flexible space - warehouse, former office, workshop, or similar - to use as a rehearsal and public performance venue. Ideally within reach of Glasgow's subway or city centre, but we're open to anywhere with good transport links.

What we're looking for:
* 2,000–6,000 sq ft (flexible)
* Vacant or underused building within reach of public transport
* Peppercorn or meanwhile rent considered
* Long-term relationship with the right landlord
