Hi, we are a young family currently based in Fife looking for a fresh start in a new area.
We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom home to rent, ideally with a secure garden and within reach of local shops, schools, and transport links.
We have 3 children, all with autism, so finding the right home is really important for stability, routine, and access to the community. A safe and secure environment is a must.
We also have 2 well-behaved dogs and 4 indoor cats. Our pets are part of our family, are cared for properly, and we are responsible pet owners. (Cats would remain indoors unless the area is safe.)
Our situation:
Currently receiving Universal Credit
Children receive Child Disability Payment
Housing element paid reliably
Can provide references if required
We are genuine, long-term tenants looking for a landlord willing to give us a chance. We take pride in our home and are committed to maintaining a property to a good standard.
We are open to:
Staying within Fife or relocating elsewhere in Scotland
Short-term let initially (especially if outwith Fife) to allow us to establish ourselves locally and apply for council housing
