En-suite single room wanted with free or low rent

Hello,

I am looking for an en-suite single room in London, zone 1-4.

Own kitchen and washing machine preferred but it can be shared.

Preferably a family house, including single parent house.

Smoking free household only.

No pets, please.

Bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe, table, chair, Wi-Fi and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom door must have a lock.

I don't watch TV - it does not need to be included.

I can provide a variety of help for reduced rent however I need flexibility for my work.

I work in private households since 2009 and provide various help in households and occasionally businesses such as childcare, cleaning, laundry, organising, event help, helping moving house and more.

I am from the Czech Republic and speak English fluently. I have EU settled status, full UK driving licence, Enhanced DBS, paediatric first aid and references.

I am very clean and organised. I keep myself to myself. I'm not a party person - I like silence. I don't smoke or drink alcohol.

I am available immediately or flexibly.
