Description
Illustrator/writer, 51, no pets, children, clean, tidy and quiet. Non smoker. Looking for very quiet, single occupancy off main road detached studio, annex type property, cottage or bungalow. Agents preferred or female landlord ideally. Would consider a flat but it would need to be very quiet, top floor, and not a block.
Any area considered, but prefer a leafy (Muswell Hill, Richmond, Bromley, Ruislip etc) or near beach area. London, South East or neighbouring areas. Can provide good refs, a guarantor, rent and deposit in advance, clean credit history etc.
Could consider a holiday let if a longer term let, 6 months min.
