I live in London in shared accomodation and seek a rent free, long-term solution in exchange for helping you.



MY REQUIREMENTS

Wifi access (I would have my own laptop)
Self contained studio, flat or a room in house or commercial property
Non smoking household
No dogs. Other pets, like cats, fish are ok
I would not have any visitors, so a spare box room, attic or basement is fine
Central London location if it is a live-out arrangement
Any location in the country if it is live-in
A long term arrangement sought, I am not looking for a temporary place to stay in.


IN EXCHANGE, I OFFER ANY/ALL OF THE FOLLOWING FOR FREE:

Housesitting (minding mail, feeding pets, housekeeping when you are away)
Office/admin work (Microsoft Office)
Computer research/emailing
Help with admin/office correspondence
Housework
Ironing
Laundry
Odd jobs around the house/office
Driving ( I have a UK driving licence and car)
Light cooking (I can cook simple dishes and also Indian food)
Other tasks and chores that you require.



ABOUT ME

British born woman, ethnic Pakistani, non smoker, quiet, reliable and trustworthy. I am flexible on timing happy to fulfil my duties at times that suit you. No children or dependents, the accomodation would be for myself only.

Might suit someone who travels and needs a house-sitter/housekeeper to mind the house. Or an elderly/infirm person with a spare room, who seeks a reliable live-in for assistance and housework.
