Hi my name is Kairen I’m originally from Newcastle and currently living in Pontefract, but I'm relocating back in August to be with family after my divorce and to rebuild my support network.

I work remotely in the medico-legal field for a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon who is an expert in his field.
Although I'm technically self-employed, my work is regular and long term. I can provide bank statements showing consistent monthly payments that match my invoices. I earn roughly £1700 per month and rising.

My financial situation is secure. I will be receiving £600 per month maintenance for the next 11 years agreed in the divorce, alongside UC and Child Benefit. I will also have my bond and first months rent ready by August. I have no CCJ'S, no late or missed payments, and I take pride in keeping a clean and well maintained home.


I'm looking for a 3-bed property up to £1200 per month in any of the following areas, Kingston Park, Gosforth, Fawdon, Kenton, Coxlodge or Westerhope area.

I can provide charactor references, proof of income,ID and anything else required. I have never rented in my own name to due marriage and having a mortgage in my husbands name but again can provide good charactor references. I'm a responsible, respectful tenant and a parent. I'm looking for a long term home for me and my children
