Does anyone have a one bedroom flat or even a room to let for a 40 year old male. Even if it’s temporary. Don’t have a guarantor but can show previous rent was always paid on time. Ideally with rent as close to Local Housing Allowance but happy to pay top up rent if needed. Looking for something available now. If you think you can help please contact me nobody should be homeless in the weather council only step in when weather alerts are triggered. Anything at all would be considered looking at south Tyneside and Washington/ Sunderland areas to be near family it any area would be a start to get him off the street.
