Hi guys,
I'm looking for a place to rent in Belfast as soon as possible.
I'm a reliable, mature female tenent.
Can provide positive employer and landlord references.
Earn approx £2100 per month (some of this includes social security benefits due to mild disability so I am also entitled to help with housing costs that I am not currently claiming as I work and don't need it right now.)
I don't have a guarantor - but I do have a month's deposit and a month upfront - I could even potentially pay for a few months upfront to make up for the lack of guarantor.
I'm a non-smoker.
No pets, but wouldn't mind having the option.
I would prefer the Falls road / West belfast / Dunmurry / Lisburn area but am also happy to consider parts of North Belfast and the Whitewell road area in Newtownabbey.
I hope to hear from some of you soon!
