Description
Hello,
I'm a professional, full-time employed tenant looking for a one-bedroom flat in the Colchester area to make my long-term home.
I have recently started a permanent full-time position with a well-established national company, working 40 hours per week, with a regular monthly take-home income of approximately £1,800.
I'm looking for somewhere I can settle into, look after properly and genuinely call home. I'm clean, respectful, responsible and considerate, and I'm looking for a long-term tenancy rather than somewhere temporary.
I can provide:
✔ Permanent full-time employment
✔ Regular, reliable income
✔ Guarantor available if required
✔ References where applicable
✔ Ready to move as soon as suitable accommodation is found
✔ Serious and genuine enquiry
I'm particularly interested in dealing directly with a private landlord, although I'm open to suitable properties through other routes too.
I'm happy to provide further information about myself and my circumstances privately and would be very grateful to hear from any landlord with a suitable property available now or coming available soon.
If you have a one-bedroom property in Colchester or the surrounding area, please feel free to message me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my advert. 😊
