This could be a great opportunity for landlords looking for a reliable, longer-term arrangement without the usual hassle of frequent tenant changes, cleaning or day-to-day property management.
We manage the property ourselves, including professional cleaning, regular property checks and general upkeep, with the aim of keeping the property maintained to a high standard throughout our agreement.
