I’m looking for someone to take over my accommodation at Longwood Place asap. It is a silver premium en-suite room (the biggest room size).
The room is about a 15 minute walk from central campus, or 3 minute bus ride.
The process would be handled officially through Longwood Place, and you would just pay for when you’re living here, not the whole year. I’m offering £600 off your rent.
Rent is £199 per week, all bills are included and amenities include 2 karaoke rooms, a gym, a fitness studio, 2 TV lounges, arcade rooms and study spaces .
I’m operating on a first come first served basis so if you message me we can start the process straight away and you can move as soon as possible.
