Description
Urgent tenancy takeover needed from the time of posting in Hotwells House for £150 a week, all bills included (non-ensuite, 2 bathrooms). Move in ASAP. There are 4 other occupants in the flat, who are all very clean and pleasant to live with. Booking done via Dwell Student Living, contact me so I can refer your details to them. Security, assistance from staff and facilities are all top-notch. Only a 10 min bus ride or cycle away from UWE Bower Ashton campus, and a 15 min cycle/20 min bus ride from University of Bristol! Contract ends 18th July 2026. Must be a full-time student!
Actual price is £193 a week, but I will make up the £43pw difference to make it more affordable as I have had trouble finding a committed replacement tenant at this price - you will only need to make two payments aside from the £200 deposit, one when you move in and one in April 23rd 2026. I'll sign a contract stating I'll make up the difference - ex: if you moved in March 1st, you would have to pay 19 weeks 6 days of rent - 20 weeks x £193pw = £3860 is the total amount you will need to pay Hotwells across two payments, but once you pay that, I will pay you the difference from £3860 - (20 x 150 [the actual price you are paying]) = £860 so you save £43pw.
WILLING TO NEGOTIATE ON PRICE.
