Hi!! 👋 I have to leave Glasgow unexpectedly, so I’m urgently hoping for someone to take over my room tenancy in st. James from feb-28th august 2026 🥹✨

• en-suite room 6th floor- you have your own very bright, good size bedroom and bathroom with a bed (bed size for two people max)

- (special view of a huge temple directly from bedroom window)!

• Super friendly & multicultural community- many Asians and Europeans and undergrads🌍

• Lovely flatmates (guys & girls) — respectful, kind & chilled 💛 two are Chinese - always clean and tighter but super curious to be nice to me and others as well. Three are Indian and very kind to me always. And a wonderful Nigerian who cooks amazing food

- I can put you in touch with my own friends in the dorm on other floors so that you have great people to hang out and study with if you like as I do :)

- right next to City centre which is super beautiful location in Glasgow lots of kids coffee shop dogs and friends/couples chilling🌳

• 🚆 10–20 mins to University of Glasgow, also a 10 mins walk to the buchanan bus station and buchanan galleries, 40 mins to UWS paisley

- Right downstairs is the library and a groceries shop Racetrack where you can get anything you want for you cooking and your drinking needs
