Reason why I am renting this property:
I currently have another place to stay, and i was not sure accepting the offer means that im in a contract and i will have to pay eventhough i am not staying over there, this suggest that i have never lived in that room before, so feel free to rent the room, there won't be a mess. Really hope someone take over this place otherwise i will have to pay for two sets of accommodation, eventhough i am not living at the broadgate park one.
