We have two large furnished double room (one en suite) for summer rent between June and September in a wonderfully located modern duplex in the heart of Dean Village minutes walk from Princess Street. For the right candidate, I can promise you a perfect and chilled out luxury apartment with the best views in the city! Price includes all fixed costs.

We also have access to a private garden with BBQ area and all the benefits of city centre living withn the tranquility of Dean Village. I'm obvious biased but genuinely think its the best spot in the city with Stockbridge, West End and Princes Street all 5 minutes away. Perfect Fringe spot!!

A little about me, I am a working young professional who works in London part of the time and lived in plenty flat shares over the years. Easy going and looking for friendly people to live with in the heart of the city. Ce casa su casa mentality. Current flatmates are great and looking for a similarly positive people to take the rooms on offer here.

Both rooms and comes fully furnished with quality double bed, desk wardrope etc and can be rented for short time.

The main bathroom is downstairs and has a powerful electric shower (don't live anywhere with rubbish water pressure! Been there done that)

I have a video of the place- albeit from before we moved in. It's a little more homely now, but should give you a good sense of the space too. Happy to answer any questions you have and viewing timing flexible.
